Competitive intelligence for food-delivery marketplaces

Your competitors move. You're the last to know. Or you never do.

PaceScanner automatically scans and analyzes your competitors every day: prices, promotions, menu changes, and your position in each category. Ask the built-in AI assistant anything about the data. No manual routine — and no competitor move slips past you.

The problem

This is for you if:

Orders dropped. The reason? Anyone's guess.

Rain, your own price, or a competitor's promo down the street? PaceScanner shows what moved in the market that same week.

Your price is standing still. The market isn't.

Six months without a price change while competitors moved with inflation — and you quietly gave away your margin.

A competitor's promo — timed to your dead hour.

Three weeks running. Coincidence? PaceScanner catches the promo the moment it launches, not a month later.

Two weeks into a discount — normal, or a mistake?

Without a market reference, every call is a guess.

An hour a week — spent manually checking competitors.

Nobody wants that job. So either nobody does it — or you do.

What PaceScanner watches

One dashboard. Your whole UberEats market.

Price is where it starts. PaceScanner watches five things that move around you on UberEats — so you see the full picture, not a slice of it.

Price monitoring & analysis

Live

Every day, automatically — the price of every item, yours and every competitor's.

  • 1:1 comparison: the same dish matched across venues (even with a different name or in another language) — not eyeballed.
  • Category comparison: where your price sits against the category average — above, below, or right in line.
  • Full history, not a snapshot: every price move over time, not just today's number.
  • Precision: base, promo, and time-limited prices are tracked separately — a promo ending never reads as a price hike.

You see exactly where you're leaving margin on the table — your manager stops manually checking 4-5 competitor apps every day.

Promo monitoring & analysis

Live

Every competitor promo is captured the moment it goes live — not weeks later.

  • Format: percentage discounts, BOGO, bundles — recognized automatically.
  • Which items: see whether a promo hits random dishes or targets your bestsellers specifically.
  • Duration and frequency: a one-off before closing, or a discount a competitor runs for months.
  • History stays on the calendar even after a promo ends — including your own past promos, which UberEats itself deletes.

You can prove your own promo actually worked — something the platform makes impossible. Matching a competitor's discount becomes a data decision, not a gut reaction.

Product menu tracking

Live

Every menu change — yours and every competitor's — tracked without manual cross-checking.

  • New and removed items are tracked for every venue, the moment they change.
  • Menu gaps: what competitors have that you don't (and vice versa).
  • Dishes matched across venues even when names differ or the menu is in another language.

Menu decisions get made on what's actually working for competitors, not gut feel — you see a neighbor's rising bestseller before it fully takes your customers.

Category & featured-block position

Soon

Your venue's place in UberEats listings — yours and competitors' — alongside everything else.

  • Rank in the category, and whether you land in promo/featured blocks.
  • Movement over time, not a one-off snapshot — where position is heading, day to day.
  • Lined up against price and promo changes, so you can see what actually moved it.

A drop in orders stops being a mystery — you can see if it's visibility in the listing, not just price.

AI assistant for your data

Soon

A chat that answers specific questions straight from your scanned data — no exports, no manual digging.

  • Ask in plain language instead of filtering and cross-referencing numbers by hand.
  • Works across all of it at once — price, promo, menu, position — one source instead of four screens.

An answer to a specific question ("which competitors changed prices this week") takes seconds, not the time your manager doesn't have.

More delivery platforms — Glovo, Wolt, Pyszne.pl — coming soon.
How it works

Paste a link. We do the rest.

Add your venues

Paste the UberEats URL of your storefront and the competitors you want to watch. That's the whole setup.

We scan, automatically

Once you've added your venues, PaceScanner takes it from there — scanning your storefront and every competitor several times a day and keeping the full history, not just a snapshot. The same dish gets matched across menus automatically, even across languages.

You open one dashboard

See how your menu moved, how you sit against the market, and where you're mispriced. No tabs, no spreadsheet.

FAQ

Questions operators ask us

Is it really free?
Yes — completely free during the closed beta. We're validating trust and data quality before any billing exists, so there's no card and no catch.
Will PaceScanner change my prices for me?
No. PaceScanner shows you the market — you stay in control of every pricing decision. It reports; it doesn't act.
What's live today, and what's still coming?
Price, promotion and menu tracking are live and running today. Category position and the AI assistant are in active development — beta operators are the first to see them roll out.
Does it cover Glovo, Wolt or Pyszne.pl?
Today PaceScanner works with UberEats. Other delivery platforms are on the way.
How do I get access?
Leave your details, and a founder sets up your venue and competitors with you personally — usually within a day. It's hand-onboarded rather than instant self-serve, because at this stage a wrong match costs more than it saves.
What if it matches the wrong dishes?
PaceScanner matches the same item across menus automatically, and you can correct any match in one click. Your fixes stick — the matcher never overwrites them.
Do I need to be technical to use it?
No. If you can paste a link, you can use PaceScanner. It's a finished dashboard, not a data feed.
Does it work outside Poland?
Yes. PaceScanner is currency- and country-agnostic — it works wherever UberEats does.

Almost ready. Help us get it right.

PaceScanner is in the final stretch of development. We're opening a closed, free beta to a small group of operators — test it on your own venues, and your feedback decides what we build next.
